1921 Morgans, grade?

I picked up these two last date Morgan dollars at a shop this week. You can see the album toning, there were a lot of coins in the group, the seller told the shop that they had been in the albums for decades. I'm not sure what's going on the reverse of the 21-D. There is a shiny vertical streak, is that a wheel mark or something? Thanks. Also using a Sony Cybershot that has a super macro, better than my FujiFilm T555. Feel free to critique the images.

Disclosure, I'm no expert, but I'd say no to grading because of high mintage. Enjoy as is...
The angle and lighting of the first coin make it difficult to assess, but I’ll go with MS64. The second one looks AU58, due to Liberty’s face, neck and the top of her cap.

MS63 on coin #1, AU58 on coin #2 (which looks to be VAM 1BG)
Which would explain the vertical streak. Thanks.
