Moderns and luster

It's not everyday those two words go together. I found these two beaters tonight pleasantly surprising.
Show us your modern luster bombs 1965 and up.

The quality of the luster is a bit different in clad, but the some of the newer quarters are really flashy.

I agree they are plenty but not so much if you’re the one trying to find and make them. Those are top notch for the particular series did you have the pleasure of making those?

Ha, no. I haven't submitted many coins for a several years now. Besides, my main focus is in the realm of US classic coinage. I do have a 20th type set and a few other type sets that require modern issues. Roll searching and digging through piles of mint sets has never been my thing.

I do notice what I get in change, and many of the new quarters are exceptionally lustrous, often even frosty. It's harder to capture in a photo than with silver, but it's there.

Very nice Type Set! I like the 1999 MS69 Lincoln among others. Nice to have that "0" under Pop higher.

If life gives you moderns then you drink it and don’t ask questions :D
I would do ancients but they’re kind of hard to find in circulation :D
