    The first Angel game that I attended was in 1966. That was the year Anahiem Stadium opened. I was a kid. So excited! My family had FRONT ROW SEATS!!!!....On the second level....WOW!.... Gary Peters was the White Sox pitcher. I think the Sox won the game...I really don't remember...... But what stands out most in my mind about that night?......I thought Peters looked so cool in that White Sox blue uniform!

    Oh Jeez, I read that Title and thought - the dates are wrong. This was a long time friend who couldn't kick the 2 packs of Newport Menthols a day, and yep, you guessed it, died of throat cancer.
