A gorgeous near-CAM high quality gem. This is a near miss cameo coin, and is a very hard coin to find nice like this! Most 1937 cents come either heavily spotted or heavily hairlined, and rarely with contrast. Very few are as pristine and as struck as this gem!

Nice! I am guessing the scratches on the reverse near the right top of the wheat ears are on the slab?

They are some original toning streaks, not scratches.
I've never seen a 1937 Proof cent so close to CAM and not be CAM.
