Okay all ticket experts, planning on having this graded . A 1935 NCAA track and field championships ticket , Jesse Owens wins 4 events . My question is what should my declared value be ? 
looking for 1988 Fournier estrellas stickers , 1985 Prism Jewel stickers , anything Jesse Owens .
