Anyone know Mark Powell, likely close to or in TN?

I found a couple references to him on forums but nothing that would help me contact him. Thanks in advance!
He might have been a grader for PCI at one time?
I am trying to track down a coin.

Not really looking for much these days but if I were, it might be a toner.

There is a fairly large show in Knoxville, Tennessee February 3-4. Possibly contacting the promoter, Don Rhodes 865-803-9320, (or attending if you live close enough) would get you an answer. Good luck.
I know of Jerome Powell, but he’s not in TN (lol).

Are you able to contact him for us?
