I don't know much about these, but I do know they're nice for a dresser or desk to throw change or whatever into. The bowl is relatively common but the tray seems to be a bit harder to find. Not sure what the medal is made of, probably brass. The bowl and tray are marked Stainless Steel. There is a small hand written note with the tray stating: "Coronation Medal Sept 1836 / Italy / Maria Anna Augusta Ferdinand I.
