1964 penny sms/proof/or just junk?

I came across this 1964. Its in nice shape and although I seriously doubt its an sm,s, I figured it cant hurt to get a 2nd opinion. There is some doubling on the date as well. The pics where the coin looks white is just me shining a bright light so the details can be seen better.
