Not I. Best I have "made" is 67+ and 68 grades. Thats for normal coins . Im not even sure that 69 grades are eligible for a + grade.

Not I Lance. Sorry.

You are correct; a 69 is not eligible for a "+" grade at PCGS.

Could be wrong, but I interpreted the 'winking emoji' in the OP to mean that the post was 'humorous/playful' in nature.
Edited.

Not all coins are eligible for +. Coins grading from NGC XF 45 to NGC MS 68 or NGC PF 45 to NGC PF 68 may receive a +, while lower- and higher-grade coins cannot. The + is assigned when merited to United States coins from 1792 to date, excluding US bullion and modern commemorative coins, and to world coins struck prior to 1970.

I thought @LanceNewmanOCC always used a winking emoji.

No 69+
So.... does anyone have a 68+ Gold CAC?
I am a newer collector (started April 2020), and I primarily focus on U.S. Half Cents and Type Coins. Early copper is my favorite.
There aren't many 68 + coins. Anyways CAC ignores the plus, so if it gold stickered they would be saying they think its a 69.

I saw this a few months ago on CoinFacts. I just checked... it's still there!

I'd like to see a 70+!
Heck, the best I ever made was PF67 I think, and MS65. Both Ikes.

Yes, a NGC modern in 70 is basically a 69+ at PCGS!
I think I have 2 mint state coins that will 69+ when that grade becomes available. Tough to locate ms coins near perfection (excluding bullion), much easier on proofs. Only a matter of time until the grading companies begin offering/assigning that grade.
