Thanks but that is not my coin. I think my coin was in an NAC auction in December 2021; an Italian numismatist found it for me. (I need to verify.)

the sheet does not belong to a numismatic expert but rather to a company that sells coins, banknotes, stamps. the appraised coins are sealed in envelopes and the card bears the name of the numismatic expert with the attached seal number issued by the court and the chamber of commerce. I don't want to advertise on external sites and if it's a disorder please remove my post. if you have problems for the Italian coinage there is the lamoneta.it forum.
