Not long ago I found this 1864 Indian Head penny in a box of pennies that my buddy gave me. The coin is worn as you can see. I would like to know if a Indian Head coin expert would be able to tell if this coin had the L on the ribbon are not. I'm anxious to hear what you guys think.

That is the no L, you can tell by the rounded shape of the tip of the bust above the 1 in the date.

It is a no "L", tip of the bust is too close to the 1 in the date.
