Does anyone know when these type of slabs with a signature were made?

They look similar to gen 4.0 slabs with no barcode and a plain light background but I was wondering if they were newer. Thanks for any information.

He died in 2009, so it has to be before that. I would guess it was in 2001.

Harder to identify, because it is not a standard label.
Any images of the back of the slab?
How many digits in the cert number?
(PCGS Museum reference changes from 7 to 8 digits at GEN 4.1)
Based on coin date (2001) and reported death date (2009), it has to be between PCGS Museum GEN 4.0 and GEN 4.4.
Serial number is 71105632 on the back next to a barcode. Above that is a PCGS logo and hologram.
There are a bunch of different types of these slabs with a signature for what it's worth. Here's the back.
I do have some other regular 4.0 slabs that have a 8 digit serial number but most are 7 digit.
Based on the hologram (PNG logo), it appears to be either Museum GEN 4.0 or GEN 4.1.
Bar code on back suggests Museum GEN 4.0. However, I am NOT an expert on signature labels, and their associated variations (e.g., potentially relocating the cert # and bar code to 'make room' for a signature on the front of the label).
Hopefully someone more knowledgeable will 'chime in' with a definitive answer.
Here's a 2003 one off eBay so maybe gen 4.1...
