1971 OPC Baker/Baylor rookie - what's up with this card/holder?

I can't quite make this one out. It looks like 3 sides of this card are fine but one is really miscut and is the holder too big?

It looks like it is pretty badly diamond cut so that it wouldn’t fit in the normal holder. The odd thing is the usual cellophane that keeps it from moving around in the larger space doesn’t seem to be there?

I can see a little bit of leeway on OPC cards, but that is ridiculous.

  • looks like it's diamond cut and they used the larger holder even though it would probably fit in the regular holder. I hate when they do this. Instead of using the celophane, it seems that the sealers are just throwing cards in oversized holders at random. I recently had to send back a 54 bowman that was normal size but was in one of the topps holders so there was tons of extra space

Without looking can I guess who is selling the card? It's always like 1 or 2 dealers.
