A rare date from an already rare mint. The 52-D has a mere mintage of 6,360 pieces. This example has unfortunately been holed through the mintmark. However, the serif of the D remains evident along with the characteristic die crack after the final A in America. Take this coin for $650 + Shipping OBO. By far the cheapest example of a $1 gold from Dahlonega you'll find anywhere.
