What are some advice and tips on what and what not to send for foreign coins and paper currency to be graded? TIA

You may want to start this topic on the World @ Ancient Coins forum and then show images or list what you are thinking about. In general, items that aren't really worth the cost of certification should be avoided, but without more input from you it might be tough to help.
