Anyone got any idea on what this bronze coin might be?

I thought it was something from Ptolemy III, but it does not quite look right. Sorry I have no reverse image.

    So many coins look like that. It could be a god, goddess or ruler. Is it definitely bronze? Without the reverse...

    It's Hellenistic, so Ptolemaic Egypt is one possibility.

    I have to say, the file-marks all over it and the "Bulgarian lips" make me very concerned about its authenticity, whatever it is.

    @Sapyx, its from a very reputable dealer, Mateo Savoca. Its in a lot so I cannot see the reverse, Ptolemy III or IV is my guess.
