    That's one that could be restored using another note for the missing piece...would probably be worth it for future resale

    I'm surprised to see a #1 note in that condition. I would have expected the bank president would have carefully preserved such a note.

    I believe the missing piece is just part of the problem. Check out the lower margin.

    You'd be surprised..plenty of impaired #1 sheets out there

    totally agree Steve but that chunk in upper right jumps out at you...the bottom margins are a mess but wouldn't advise any trimming
