PSA 2006 Gold Star Pikachu Signed by Masakazu Fukuda Auto 10 - Grade Card Too?

Hi All! First time post and first time trying to get a card graded with PSA.

What is the best way to get my already autographed graded card dual graded? I'm not sure what service to use our even if there is a scenario that would fit.

I have a 2006 Gold Star Pikachu #104 signed by Masakazu Fukuda that I bought and is only graded with the autograph. The card is in great condition and seeing a PSA 9 or 10 value for the card I would like to get a dual service autograph and card grade. As the card is already graded an auto 10 I would like to protect that grade, evaluate the card with a minimum grade, if it doesn't meet the requirements send it back. The first part of this sounds like a review because it's a PSA card, but I'm adding additional grading. The last part sounds like a crossover as you are looking at an already graded card, but the card is not from a third party.

Thoughts on how I can get this already graded PSA card a submitted with a minimum grade requirement?
