New PSA Holders Question

I've seen some holders with the blue and red PSA logo on the bottom of cases. Is this a new thing with everything that is being submitted? I've seen certs older than others that have the logo on the bottom while some newer ones don't have it. Does this have to be requested or are they doing this for every card now? If I was to submit cards for new holders and crossovers would they come back with the logo on them? I can't find anything about them on the PSA website. Thanks.

I believe the bottom PSA logo is on a soft protective sleeve in which the slab is inserted.

DBesse27 is correct. They are cardboard gold (manufacturer) grading bags emblazoned with the PSA logo. If you submit at the higher service levels your slabs will come back with them. They are otherwise available for sale in 50ct packs elsewhere.
Awesome. Thank you.
