Question about "error" notes

I see on Ebay some notes that have the left side serial number in black ink and the right side in green ink. Is this considered a genuine printing error by collectors? Also saw several that have "solid" stars on one or both serial numbers. Same question. T/AC

The first link is to a replacement note with a Solid Star error. It definitely commands a premium. The second link shows a note with an Ink Mixture error which commands a significant premium. I’ve heard the error also called an Ink Contamination error. Here’s a similar example that recently sold at auction.
