Encapsulation for a already Authenticated Autograph by PSA

Hello,
i have a Music Autograph that is already Authenticated by PSA, I would like to send it for the encapsulation now to PSA.
My question now is what exactly do I have to fill out on the Submission?
Do I only have to pay the price as a reholder, or do I have to pay the full authentication price ?

    I have a Mantle perez steele celebration card that is lettered.
    My PSA guy told me if I want it slabbed I just have to pay encap fee..

    Do you know if i only have to tick the 15$ reholder on the submission form or also the authentication fees at the top, even though it's already authenticated by psa?

    I give him my items directly & he sends to NJ office.
    And I haven't sent it in yet.
    No idea how you would submit it.
    I do usually 100+ items at a time.
    Auto slabs, etc..

    Any update on this? I have the full loa and since it's an expensive signer I don't want to go thru the authentication process again just to get it slabbed.
