Welcome to the forum.
When it comes to new money, the notes being consecutive is perfectly normal. That’s how they’re distributed. The serial numbers don’t appear to fancy or special, so I’d say they are worth face value.

Yes, and especially this time of year. Some people even request new paper money when they’re at the bank knowing that they’ll be giving it as gifts.
