The Mannings...
Archie Manning was an exciting QB to watch... great at Ole Miss.
Experience the World through Numismatics...it's more than you can imagine.
That’s who I was thinking but wasn’t sure. He sure was.
that was back in the day when Johnny Vaught was the head coach at Ole Miss- I remember watching the Ole Miss Alabama game on ABC prime time in 1969- it was amazing

For Hoops I give you:
Dell Curry and Steph Curry.
Dell Curry and Seth Curry.
Joe Bryant and Kobe Bryant.
Michael Thompson and Klay Thompson.
Mitchell Wiggins and Andrew Wiggins.
Rick Barry and Scooter, Drew and Brent Barry.
We're still a long way from Vlad Junior making the Hall of Fame, but the Guerreros would certainly have to be in the conversation if the duo end up in Cooperstown together.
Some notables, but long way from GOAT father/son duos -
Calvin and Grant Hill
Yannick and Joakim Noah
Patrick Mahomes Sr & Jr.
They are a study in baseball history, the Boone family. Ray, Bob, Bret and Aaron. The Boones are major league baseball’s first three-generation family, and together they account for 5,890 hits in 22,388 at bats (a .263 family batting average), 634 home runs, 3,139 RBI, 10 All-Star Game appearances and 11 Gold Glove Awards. A Boone has been on a major league roster in 51 of the 68 seasons since Ray, the family patriarch, made his major league debut with the Cleveland Indians in September 1948. In those 17 non-playing seasons, Boones have held positions in major league baseball as scouts, managers, analysts, assistant general managers, roving instructors and more. In short, the Boones know their baseball.
I think his senior year when he started 1-2 and he cried on tv after the game. He had just found his dad dead in his home the summer prior.
He was amazing that night. Here’s the game .

Dad shot himself. Archie cleaned it all up before mom and sis got home.
He then played his senior season at Ole Miss. The grace of God can get people through terrible times.
Look at him now.
holy cow. I had no idea that happened. what a horror.
George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.
I would think Gus Bell and Buddy Bell are worth mentioning- both had excellent careers
Dizzy Trout followed by Steve Trout followed by Tyler and Mike Trout
