    I believe that is a galvano, the design is created in relief in plaster and reduced by a Janvier lathe to the proper size as a master hub. Very cool piece, with subtle differences from the adapted design.

    These two are plaster models. The galvano would be the next step - a plaster model that has been electroplated in bronze.

    Thank You EXOJUNKIE, the card has a 2015 date on the very bottom indicating it's a recently assembled creation. The aging/distressing of the card is better than most counterfeit coins I've seen. Very convincing that it might be older than it is.

    If you do what you always did, you get what you always got.
