Complete American Bank Note Archive Series Six Volumes 1987-92.
Obsolete note and/or engraving collectors will want to add these quality engravings to their collections. This was a six year collection issued by the ABNCo from 1987 through 1992. This annual series of intaglio engravings was printed on acid-free cream-colored paper stock. There are twelve 8 1/2" by 11 1/4" pages for each year with four to nine vignettes per page. A few titles of the pages are duplicated among the series, but each of the over 500 vignettes are different. Important historical information about each vignette is included on a separate page. Each volume is held in buckram with gold stamping on the cover and closed with a ribbon tie. The grade is Mint for the engravings in this set. The set also contains in the 1988 volume the bonus ABNCo brown intaglio imprint of an uniface 1919 Czechoslovakia 1000 Korun note, Pick 13s2, grading Choice CU. Supporting materials and collector correspondence also accompany this lot. (Total: 6 books)
