Totally agree. I go for rarity over grade any day. Unfortunately, and especially with newbie collectors, they all want XF and better. Lower grade notes, despite rarity- are a very hard sell. But I would much rather have a rarity in poor shape instead of a super common note in Superb Gem 70.
