1949S Lincoln Wheat Cent Lamination around Date or Damaged Planchet?

Here is another Lincoln Wheat cent with I believe is a Lamination Error. Could be a damaged planchet. Please let me know what you think. Not sure what is going on the last photo. Lincolns head could be damaged planchet or lamination?
