What's with the Haxby number on this one?

It's scrip that is not listed in Haxby. It's in Wolka, Whitman and Kelly but it is "beyond the scope" of Haxby as he does not list scrip (usually).
It looks like the Wolka number and probably should read "Wolka" instead of "Haxby". A rare type of error holder.
Collector and dealer in obsolete currency. Always buying all obsolete bank notes and scrip.
