Billions of the Birds $2.00 came out in 1986 & were hoarded so nothing special (spender) there. That looks like ** Iraq** P-71a 10 Dinars from 1980 & is in the best condition. From looking at the Numista site, these are sold for $10 in UNC so probably worth about $1 - $2.00 in that condition. The last note appears to be P-114 (Flemish version) of 100 Francs =20 Belgas. A VG example (listed as VF on planet eBay) appears to be listed for $11.00. Yours is about the same condition & may be worth more $10 - $25 (in a good market) but this is just a guess. That's the toughest note of the lot IMO.

Personally, I don’t see anything that’s a home run, but I can only speak concerning the U.S.notes. Their condition holds them back.
