PCGS Membership Grading Voucher question

I've only ever sent in coins through my friend's submissions, but now I'm thinking about upgrading my PCGS membership and subbing them myself. I was looking over each membership tier, and I noticed that Gold includes 4 grading vouchers and Platinum includes 8 grading vouchers. My question is, would I only receive these grading vouchers the first time that I upgrade my membership, or will I get them every year when I renew my membership?

Every year you renew.

As you see, the Platinum provides the best value. In future years if your needs for submission are reduced, you can always renew at a lower level.

Separately, not only do you get those eight “Regular” grading vouchers each year, but you also get their handsome PCGS shirt each year as well.

Very convincing, I'm mainly eyeing those grading vouchers. I was about to send a group of 4 to 5 through my friend's submission, but it looks like the Platinum membership would be worthwhile. I'll probably save up over Christmas break and pay for it on New Year's.

Keep in mind you don't have to use all eight on the same submission. While you'll incur extra shipping costs, you can divide the use of those eight vouchers throughout the 12 month period of your membership.

Good point, thanks for the advice!

Also, what's your thoughts on the Rare Coin Market Report? I saw it's another membership perk, but I haven't looked through one before.
