PCGS/ANACS and minor varieties

Does ANACS slab minor varieties?
I have seen PCGS slabs with the "minor variety" designation on the holder.
Got a proof DDO today that our host does not recognize.
Nice, fat lettered DDO with some spread.
No real upside, but just want a holder for the coin.

to my understanding, like ICG, they slab pretty much any recognized variety by any reputable source.
i REALLY need to get into using their pops again. i think i need to find my membership info first.
I'd use NGC's Variety Plus service. They will assign a number corresponding to the DDO-009, and it will be labeled VP-001 or something similar. Gives a bit more info than "minor variety."

thanks for the link but that seems to be a cert lookup whereas i use pops to look up raw coins more than certified.
this is what the front page says:
