Is the strike through they are referring to the tiny area at the bottom of the rim? If so , that seems ridiculous for these prices. Apparently lots of these coins had issues.
I wasn’t so much about the error. Agreed plenty had error. I just found it funny that it still graded 70 I wonder how many of those are around
A 70 should not be awarded to a struck through coin.

Right that’s what I found weird
Looks like he hasn’t sold it. I looked at the photos again. I feel like I can understand why they gave it a 70. The error is like on the rim line so not so noticeable
looks like though it may be struck through detached reeding, which would add a lot more interest to the coin but i didn't blow up the TV to verify.
