Here's the 1971S 1c

I really cannot believe after all the attribution, this has not been revealed as the mint changing an image and it being showing against its former image, and clearly being called a class 7 modified hub doubled die. It's only known as re engraving.
I cannot believe all notable numismatic outlets still claim doubling of a reengraved image has still never clearly been found.... any image change.
