presently there is one of these on the BST forum with a large picture. it's in an ANACS EF 40 slab. For the life of me, I cannot see the D mint mark but my eyes are not as good as they used to be. Is there a diagnostic to determine whether or not the coin was made in Philadelphia or Denver? What is the minimum magnification necessary to see a weak D?
thanks in advance. I originally posted this on the BST forum, but deleted it or at least the content. Sorry.

Do you see the scalloping above TES in states near the rim? It is definitely a weak d. Quite often the D is invisible on these. There is also a die vertical die scratch directly in front of the arrow points (you need a loupe to see it). Hope this helps.
