1997 Atomic refractor question "line/refractor line"

just bought a nice 1997 atomic refractor. Horizontally there are about 3 or 4 lines that run across the card. Most of them are rather faint and not really pronounced. But one of them is. Almost looks like a small indention all the way from left to right. I don't think that the card has been harmed by human hands, looks like it was done by Topps. Anyone has experience with this for grading purposes?

Refractor lines were a pretty common problem back in 1997. Kills the grade as it is damage (though it is factory damage).
