What type of packs are the Topps 2022 / 1987 cards sold in? Any pics?

I recently saw these cards on ebay. I like this nostalgic look for 1987 and was wondering how to find them. What is the name of the series or packs? Or are they just special inserts?
I would like to get some packs or a set, just picked up a few autographed cards.

They've all been regular inserts, though with their own parallels, in base set packs for Series I, II and Update. At least, that's the case with the ones you're showing, which look just like the originals. But 1987 has also been the theme for the silver pack mojo cards, and we didn't have THOSE back in 1987! Rather annoyingly, I've found an awful lot of these cards poorly centered. And I've certainly not found one with an autograph! (Though I did get a George Kirby gold mojo rookie card, numbered to 50, and he's a new favorite of mine.)
