Simple enough with today's translators. I use DeepL for translating printed text on my computer and in this case I would use use Google translate app on my phone where I enable my camera, point it at the text and it's immediately translates live on your screen. You can also snap a shot to capture a static translated image too.

There is also a Germany English numismatic translator out on the web. Sorry, but I don't have the link anymore, but it is very useful when the translator programs miss hobby related things. Shouldn't be too hard to find
