The top one is Gallienus, but given you have two exactly the same, it would be fake. Which is odd, because a real one is worth $10.
They all look like cast fakes of ancient coins, greek and roman.
As stated by @JohnConduitt, having two exact same coins of Gallienus, from the shape of the flan down to the tiniest flaw is the giveaway.
Why 10 bucks cast fakes ?
First because where they're made, the production cost of such bad replicas is probably under 1$, which leaves quite a nice premium per coin if you mass product them
Second because the idea is who would hire a lawyer to get their 10 $ back ?
People will likely prefer to forget about it
