US Mints Loyalty Program

Im just wondering if anybody else has had a problem with the Loyalty Program this year at the Mint. I reached the 3 orders required for the free shipping back in March, and everytime I order something ( 4 orders ) besides my subscriptions I get the $4.95 added to the order. I call they take care of it and refund the amount, its just a pain. It just seems the IT dept. can't fix the problem. Last year I had no problem, if anybody has any ideas on who else to contact would be great, Thanks

Common issue when there was a preorder involved.
Perhaps after the first of the year it will get straightened out 😁
