The book originated in Britain and contains US as well as British celebrities...mostly stars of stage and screen and all signed in the 1960's. I have been able to identify the following signers:
Richard Todd
Larry Blyden
Connie Stevens
Florence Mitchel
Claire Waring
Bob Monkhouse
Tommy Trinder
Donald Pleasence
Franchot Tone
Stubby Kaye
Norman Evans
Buddy Elias
Adele Leigh
Matt Monroe
Allan Sherman
Tom Jones
Jimmy Clitheroe
Vera Lynn

I am having no luck identifying the following signatures.....

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!!

Could the first signature in the third picture possibly be Peter O’Toole?

The first looks like David Niven.

    2nd to last one...Bob Sharples?

There was a British conductor/composer in that era with that name.

That was my first thought, too, but it isn't even close to resembling examples I have seen on-line.

OK, thanks. I didn't think to go looking for samples of his signature.

  • I feel sure that the one in green ink is (likely) Eamonn Andrews who was a well-known sports commentator and also host of the long-running This is Your Life show.
