Assistance locating a coin

Hi all,
This is a long shot, but if anyone knows the current owner of this coin and could put me in touch with them, that would be greatly appreciated!
I am looking to purchase it, if possible

I don't know if they still do it, but about 10 years ago I emailed Heritage asking them to send a message to the winner of a particular lot. The message said to contact me if they had any interest in selling part of the lot that they won. Heritage said that they would pass my message along, but there was no guarantee that the person would contact me. To my surprise the winner contacted me a few days later and we ended up making a deal.
It does hurt to ask Heritage. Worst case is they say no.
