Pittsburgh Steelers and the Dallas Cowboys in Super Bowl XIII. It was the last of five Super Bowls played at the Orange Bowl. . Super Bowl XIII is arguably the greatest collection of football talent ever in one game. A remarkable 17 hall of fame players participated. If you add both coaching staffs and front offices, the 1978 Steelers and Cowboys had a combined 23 hall of fame inductees.
