Bust Halves ending on eBay tonight (link in last post)

Here’s an offering of some R4 and 5 bust halves and a couple other nice varieties. Please add $5/coin to help with shipping and insurance.

1819/8 Large 9, O-104 - Easily attributed by star 2, which is a pretty interesting recutting. Nice little ring of album toning. $600


1832 Large Letters O-101a another one easily attributed by the die crack on the reverse - pretty clearly under graded. This is an AU55. I believe someone saw the reverse and maybe didn’t realize this marriage is struck from rusty dies (look around the eagle’s head). It has almost full cartwheel luster. Before I bought it, this was off the market since 1977.

1827 O-145 R5 - a solid R5. Nice problem-free example with a circulated cameo look.

1829 O-106 R5- another nice problem free example of a rare die marriage. Freshly graded with trueview. $200


1827 O-123 - recently moved from a R5- to an R4+ pickup point is the die lump on the reverse above the “E P” in the scroll $250
