The images does not help too much, in hand are way better and nicer.

What do you think of that green color on the Peru 2R, I need a magnifier to see it in more detail, I saw it before I bought it, and since it is way difficult al least for me to find a 2R in this condition raw, I went anyways. So leave it alone no? I been putting aside some coins that want to send for grading and want to include these. Thanks!

You could try an acetone rinse. I don't have any experience doing an acetone rinse personally but know that is often how others deal with the very minor issue you're referencing on your Peru 2 Reales.

Here are two Trueviews of the same 8 reales coin, which I currently own.
In the first picture you can note some "green specks" on the coins reverse.
In the second picture, after what I assume was a bath in acetone, you can see the green specks were removed.

I saw in more detail your first TV, the coin it is way nice to me, and those spots did not do anything to the grade, so I will leave my coin as-is. Thank you so much.

Nice circ pieces, with the star of course being the Santiago. Regarding the 1788 Lima, I see that as simply speckled toning - I would leave it be.
