Other than searching EBay, is there a website or other reference that shows which countries have produced yearly proof sets?

    The Krause catalogues used to list them. Unfortunately, that data has not been copied across to either NGC or NumisMaster.

    Very hard to find it all in one place as Mr. S says.....Krause always a good starting point.
