Guessing here... Notre Dame and Purdue- probably 1967 or so... Bob Griese is the Purdue QB. I don't know who the ND player is

I initially thought Navy //Staubach and ND... but the colors looked gold and black which would leave Army or Purdue

Editing to add that the game was played in South Bend... no points are involved with that addition

at second blush i believe you are correct about Griese -- Navy helmets were blank
