Possible DDR

Good morning. This is the reverse of a 1994 P Lincoln penny. I think it might be the FS-801 DDR. Any thought? Thanks for looking.

    The photos make it appear to be PMD between the columns, it should be raised and appears flat.
    You do have some machine doubling on the FG , the CA and the side of the Memorial.
    I don't think it's the FS-801
