Topps auto redemption code advice needed

I received a Autograph redemption card out of a pack from 2022 Topps Archives. Upon entering the code, I am getting a invalid code response. I'm assuming that I will need to mail in the card. Anybody else have this issue in the past?

pretty sure its happened alot, and ive seen posts and threads of people having the same issue. call or email Topps, im pretty sure they will ask you to mail it in. you sure you scratched it completely and properly? some people scratch off partial or entire numbers by accident.
