Saw this for sale BUT noticed there is no serial number on the holder..... Is this a fake?

The serial number is the on the third line of the holder - S/N G00307394A pp H
It does not look fake to me.
Do I type that into look it up in the PCGS registry?
I don’t believe PCGS (currency) has a Registry yet. I could be wrong.
Besides, the note is graded by PMG.
Oh yeah, I just went on to the website and it shows the certification number should be below the grade but I wasnt sure if this is just an older holder that doesnt have one?
It is gorgeous, just want to verify authenticity with all you knowledgeable people
