Saw this for sale BUT noticed there is no serial number on the holder..... Is this a fake?

    Looks to be a serial number on the bottom roll of the holder.
    I don’t have any certified notes and don’t claim to be an authority though.
    Should there be more than that visibly?
    Says S/N G00307394A
